Saving 1 playlist vs saving all playlists, inconsistent in different plugins

Hi  today I did some administrational work... I organized my favourite sounds in different playlists per instrument in JUP8, DX7, Prophet and Mini V3 (all from V Collection 6). Doing so, I realized that in DX7 and Prophet all playlists are exported to a single .alplaylist file, whereas in JUP8 and Mini V3 each playlist is exported to a separate .alplaylist file. I wonder if it is meant to be this way, and if so, what might be the reason for this. Or did I do something wrong?

I've seen that thread, but I don't think it is related, because all files I exported do have the extension .alplaylist. Seems like a different issue for me.
