When selecting Stage patches the volumes are very low.  Maximizing the volume just introduces noise.
Is there something about how the Stage Amp is set?  MasterVolume=8, Volume=8, Expression Pedal is full,
Any ideas?
Selecting Suitcase patches however, the volumes are fine.

ANALOG LAB 4 behaviour
I have better luck with Analog Lab 4 when accessing the Stage-73 Stage patches by moving the Amp on/off slider to OFF and tuning up the Flanger/Chorus or delay effect. The effect pedals seem to "gate" the volume to the amp.

When the Amp On/Off slider is set to ON (little blue LED illuminated) the net effect is no volume even when adjusting the effect pedals encoders.   With my current setup the OFF state is when the slider is closest to the keybed and ON when the slider is furthest away from the keybed (the little blue indicater near the slider is on).   I only get sound when the Amp On/Off slider is in the OFF position.

The Blue Status Text at the bottom left of the screen correctly reflects the state of the CH1slider (Amp On/Off On)   or (Amp On/Off Off).   Get no audio when the Amp On/Off is On.

Why no audio when the AMP is enabled?   This is also an issue with my other Arturia V Collection kits which include an AMP.

Thanks.

How is your results, if you compare the "Suitcase Basic" factory preset with the "Stage Basic" factory preset the way they are programmed?

Click on New Preset, on Stage turn off the Guitar Amp, and on Suitcase turn the Volume up to 8.49 and compare.

Click on New Preset, on Stage turn off the Guitar Amp, and on Suitcase turn the Volume up to 8.49 and compare.

On New Preset:
----
STAGE:  Volume Pedal @ 8.5 and Stage Volume knob @ 10

Stage Guitar Amp OFF,  nothing sounds unless any of below is/are enabled:
Chorus, Flanger, or Phaser foot pedal(s)

No sound if ONLY Delay pedal is enabled (one of above must be enabled to sound).

Stage Guitar Amp ON:   At any time with Stage Keyboard Volume @ 10, Guitar Amp Volume and Master set @ 10, I get a "faint" playback regardless of what FX are enabled or disabled (FX pedals).

----
SUITCASE : Volume Pedal @ 8.5 and Suitcase Volume knob @ 10 & Intensity @ 5:
Regardless of FX pedals disabled/enabled, I get good results.

Seems to be related to the Effects in some way.

How is your results, if you compare the "Suitcase Basic" factory preset with the "Stage Basic" factory preset the way they are programmed?

STAGE BASIC outcome:
Guitar Amp OFF:
Stage Basic sounds only when Chorus FX pedal is manually enabled.  Default is Chorus FX OFF.
With Chorus FX  OFF and all other effects ON output = NULL (no sound).

Guitar Amp ON:
Sounds faint (similar to Level=1) only when all volume related adjustments are at maximum.
FX make not difference with Guitar Amp ON.

SUITCASE BASIC outcome:
Works fine with or without any FX pedals enabled.

Are you saying, that you have no sound at all, when you select the "Stage Basic" preset? If you have to do anything else to get sound, then you have an issue, that i for one don't have.
And apparantly you have a different behavior when you use the "Default" preset/ New Preset. That's very strange.

Do you get sound when you simply select the "Stage Amp" factory preset? Just select it and play, and nothing more. To me it sound strange, if you have to activate the Chorus or any other pedal to get sound at all.

When you have the amp on, and you say all volume related adjustments is at maximum, then are you saying, that you also have the Bass, Mid, and Treble parameters at maximum?
If the EQ parameters is at zero, then you get very weak volume, and that's normal. So what are your EQ settings?

Activating the amps "On Axis" will introduce a little noise.

Which version are your application? Are you updated?

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the application?

I only know about the delay still having clicking issues with the feedback parameters like reported in another thread. Other things have been fixed i think.

This certainly doesn't sound normal. Which OS? Is this in standalone or inside a host?

I would recommend uninstalling then reinstalling.

Root Cause:  Not Arturia.   Issue was related to Channel 1 of my stereo audio mixer.  I moved the R/L inputs from my Laptop Audio Out into Channel 2 of the same mixer and all the issues went away.   Stage-73 and Suitcase sound great.  Thank you for your support and help.  Gratefully.
