One of the keys has no velocity sensitivity.

I bought my KeyLab Essential 61 about two weeks ago. I have really only been able to use it this past week, and I noticed one of the keys (the highest D key) sits a little lower than the others. I then noticed that this key has no velocity sensitivity. It has one level of velocity no matter how hard or soft I play it. The rest of the keys are fine.

Is there anything I can do to correct this key, or should I just return the keyboard to the store and exchange it?

Hi,

You could still try an hard reset of the unit by pressing Oct + and Oct - while powering it up. If it does not solve the issue I invite you to contact our support services, they will get back to you shortly.
