Hi! i recently bought a Keylab 49 it works fine but when i open ableton and then close it if i open for example Analog Lab 3 the faders and knobs and jog wheel stop responding, the keybed works. even if i reset the pc and re open analog lab the problem persists,unplug and replug the controller doesnt work , the only way i found that restores the function is to factory reset the controller. I have the latest firmware (1.1.2.61) . I never touched The midi control center so it is like day one,never changed settings.

Here you go https://imgur.com/a/1aDdEP2 again the controller lost control of the faders and knobs on analog lab, i hope theres a better way than factory reset the controller everytime... $:-\$
edit: i never touched ableton settings at all so its like default settings

Can you try to uncheck the second row of Input (for Track and Remote) ?

Plus, to control Analog Lab's parameter you must be in Analog Lab Mode, if you switch to another mode it will not work anymore (as you will control something else).

OK i uncheked the second row but nothing happened and the knobs and faders are still not responding in analog lab after using ableton

No, there is no need to use the MIDI Control Center. On your Keylab Essential, press the "MAP SELECT" button next to the pads and select pad 1 which correspond to the Analog Lab memory.
