Modding a Keylab25
« on: July 23, 2018, 11:50:30 pm »
I just ordered a used Keylab25 to use as a control surface when I'm traveling. The plan is to borrow/rent a board when I go on a trip, and then still have all the interface controls that I have on my Keylab88. I have absolutely no use for the keybed. One crazy idea I had would be to rip out the keybed, cut it down even smaller, and use it without the keys. Unfortunately the wheels are on the side, so I'd have to create a new space for them.

Anyone hear of anyone doing this? It would be a neat little thing to have: all your controllers just in a separate box on their own.
