iMac delay using KeyLab Essential 61 with Ableton

Please help me correct the delay I received when I play a key and listen to the sound in Ableton live 9.7.4.  This happens even when I'm using AnalogLab 3.  I've tried playing with the latency controls in Ableton's preferences, but I still can't seem to fix the problem.  I'm using the top of the line iMac as well with the USB cable issued with the keyboard.
The controller is unplayable for me this way.

Hi,

What kind of audio interface are you using at what buffer size and sample rate ? Does this issue happen only with Analog Lab 3 or with other instruments ?
