This issue is already reported and noted. You can "fix" the issue though by going into the image files for the modular v3, in the programdata folder, and swapping the names of the switch and the led images, that will correct it.
I'd give you the precise instructions but I'm quite busy today so if you don't want to wait for the next patch then just know you could fix it right now.
