Hi!

I tried to purchase the V-Collection through the Arturia online shop and pay via Paypal but I always get stuck at the Paypal site after entering my login. I tried a few times but it just keeps hanging saying "logging in". I called Paypal but they don't even see any payment attempts. I can login to my account through the Paypal site just fine. So I contacted Arturia using their ticket system. I received a generic and answer 12 hours later (around 3AM Europe so I'm assuming this did not come from their headquarters). So I tried again today, using a different browser but still ran into the same problem.

Guys? I want to be a paying customer! I've been using Paypal for years. How hard can this be? Any ideas anybody?

This issue has neither been resolved nor followed up to. I decided to move on and look into other products. Pity, really.
