There's just a specific way that you need to create and name new projects in Spark in order to eliminate the erroneous copies. Terry is pointing out that once you have saved as, you can delete the unwanted copies.

Hi Stuart..Can you explain to me the specific way of getting this right?
Also there are 2 folders on the library - instruments- under the type selection that appeared and i did not create them..how can i delete them?
Hi Mixtails, sorry i didn't see this.
Open a different project to the one you want to delete, and you should then be able to delete the projects you don't need. This will delete all instruments within that newly created project and therefore deleting "new_project_1" for example.
In the library tab, in projects you have a delete button on the bottom right. (See pic)
You should also be able to delete these other libraries in this way, unless they are factory, in which case they cannot be deleted.
