Not sure if you got my email reply and screenshot this afternoon but I am still not able to acquire my ACTIVATION CODE ??
More annoyingly, it is evident that both of my messages to Tech Support on Monday have not sent/arrived because I did not receive a confirmation email, and there are no Technical cases listed as 'raised' in My Account, and also I later discovered that a customer is not entitled to submit a 'Support Request' unless they have already registered an Arturia product !!
I have spent TWO HOURS again today on this and also Steinberg Tech Support tried (via remote-access of my PC) and they were also unsuccessful.
I paid for the software on Saturday and it is Wednesday tomorrow !! This is really not good service at all I am sorry to say.
