Hi,
I purchased the V Collection on Sunday, but I've not yet had a confirmation email through about this.
I tried to email you via the support page but it appears to be broken - the page throws an error (something about the mail() function) when attempting to submit an email...
I paid via credit card and the reference number was 000000032028. Please PM me for any more details.

I'm trying to get my activation code for V Collection 3, but I'm unable to create a new account on the site.
I'm getting the email error when registering, from which I assume I need the email to confirm my account...?

mmm, What is the error message exactly?

Errors shown in the attachments.
1) I tried to created another account using a different email address, and got the same error as the first time I tried to sign up.
2) I tried to reset the password on my original registration, and got that error.

My situation is the same as the OP's. Sunday 23rd March from Australia purchase of VCollection via Steinberg Offer. I've emailed from the website with no response as well. Could someone look into it for me please

Not sure if you got my email reply and screenshot this afternoon but I am still not able to acquire my ACTIVATION CODE ??
More annoyingly, it is evident that both of my messages to Tech Support on Monday have not sent/arrived because I did not receive a confirmation email, and there are no Technical cases listed as 'raised' in My Account, and also I later discovered that a customer is not entitled to submit a 'Support Request' unless they have already registered an Arturia product !!
I have spent TWO HOURS again today on this and also Steinberg Tech Support tried (via remote-access of my PC) and they were also unsuccessful.
I paid for the software on Saturday and it is Wednesday tomorrow !! This is really not good service at all I am sorry to say.

I also bought the V Collection using the Steinberg offer on Saturday evening (22/04/2014) via PayPal and did'nt get any e-mail containing the download link and activation code.
I sent an e-mail to the sales department via the web form but didn't receive any answer yet.
The invoice number stated in the PayPal transaction details is 93817.
Please send me all necessary information to install and activate the V collection via e-mail or PM.

I have a receipt from the bank that it has been debited.
However, I did not get a link to download nor any further information.

Today, March 27, 2014, I ordered and payed for the 1 x V-Collection 3.0 - Download.
My purchase is Order Number: 94271
I have received no Download Instructions or Code.
I e-mailed Support and have had no response.
What is going on? Where/How can I Download what I have already paid for?
Is there an Arturia tech who can help me?

I'm having the same problem: No email after purchase of V-Collection. Invoice No. 93399, date is March 17.
I emailed sales Dept. over a week ago, then tech support a few days ago, but no response --
Checking this forum and realizing that I'm not the only one, I wonder what's going on here? So everyone who's having a problem is actually made to take the extra way and try to resolve it via posting in the forum? So what are the support forms on the Arturia website good for, then, I wonder?
Is it that Arturia isn't even aware of these transactions? Was their website hacked? Is everyone on holiday? Or what's the deal...??
I must say that although I value Arturia's products, I am extremely dissapointed by now. If this is not resolved by the end of next week, I will simply withdraw my payment.
PS. and yes, I did check all my spam folders.

Hi, bought the V Collection today at 16.00. Still waiting for the serial. Usually when you buy a digital product you get these things instantly. Why do I have to wait this long?! I REALLY need to start working with this NOW…

I suppose I'm having the same problem as everyone else. Bought the V Collection and received my invoice (Order #100574) but no further instructions on when or how I will get my download.
Any help would be appreciated.

Considering the complaints about Arturia not delivering purchased goods, I want to point out that my experience with them was quite the contrary.
I ordered the V collection on monday the 8th of september, around 10PM, payment through bank transfer. I wasn't sure if they would consider the discount offer of 50% on the V-collection that expired that day (the occasion being Arturia's 15th anniversary, congrats for that :D) .
Within the half hour I got a confirmation email, that the order came through, with the order number, and the price discounted. Delivery would follow as soon as my bank transfer came through.
This usually takes about 24 to 48 hrs, so I wasn't expecting a download link soon, having read about the problems some users seem to have had.
On september 10th, shortly before 9AM, I recieved the download link, the serial number and the unlock code.
Downloading, registring and installing was a breeze, and I'm happy as a clam with the collection :D
Only to say, please do not only post here when things go wrong. If the Arturia team does it right, which it did in my case, I think it should be mentioned as well :D

Adrien, Jerome, or anyone else, would you mind solving this issue (same the OP) that has been going on for 2 days now ?

Whatever Jerome did (please check support case # 192324) has not worked.
And yes, I've been checking spams and everything I can thing of.
Wanted to cancel transaction with Paypal by the end of the day yesterday, but decided to give you guys 1 more day to get this done.
Very, very, very annoyed, though, as this is just one more issue I'm dealing with Arturia.
Please, just fix this.

Having similar issues. Purchased the V Collection through a retailer, went online to register one day ago and am waiting for the email with my registration key.
My registration details are exactly the same as what I have done to use this forum.
Can you assist?
I am extremely keen to start using the collection for longer than 10 minutes a time.

Hi there I have a V Collection discounted order showing as 'pending' but cannot see a confirm purchase button or anyway of paying can you have a look please? Its order number WS-150107-VMUB53-12259 and the offer ends today

I purchased the V Collection earlier today, taking advantage of the sale (thanks, Arturia!). However, when checking out using a credit card, the Crédit Mutuel site failed to redirect to my bank and the purchase seems stalled. No money has left my account, but the order shows as "pending" on my Arturia page, with no option to interact with the order in any way.
Anyone from Arturia able to help? I've submitted a ticket to Sales, case #212140.
