this forum seems to be the only place where these issues are resolved.
1 week ago I paid for a download version of Analog Laboratory, I didn't receive a confirmation email that my purchase had been made.
The money was deducted from my account 6 days ago.
I have raised 2 support requests (got an automated confirmation email for one of them), that have been listed as 'closed', I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and support I have received.
Any Arturia staff listening!
