Oke ,I found this one and this tutorial on the oscillator take away my fear of maybe the mini brute would sound to cold  ???  (stupid me) :-\
It's a fact the mini brute is a BOMB!!! :o

Edit: hmmm... just noticed that Marc Doty (@3:28) wasn't able to demo the Arp swing properly. Weird. Either there's something with that unit or he forgot something that wasn't allowing Swing to work even though we see him clearly trying to find out why it isn't working.

Marc had a pre-production unit, therefore it was not quite fully calibrated and the firmware was not the production firmware (actually, there is already a firmware update since production). Unfortunately, that means the Arpeggiator was not finished on this unit.

ah ok, yeah I imagined that could be it, since I've seen the Arp Swing work on other videos, but I just had to ask :)
