Hey i hope someone here can help me ive been waiting months to hear back from arturia. I bought a v collection and when i try to register my jupiter 8 is says its already in the data base even though i bought this product new, it was still in the sealed plastic. So its been like 3 months and i still cant use the jupiter 8 i payed for. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
