We unfortunately encountered 2 problems recently:
- our mail server has been down for 3 days (that resulted in a crash in the "buy one get one free" special offer section)
- our ftp server has been moved and the config on the new host wasn't very clean until recently (which resulted in the ftp server sometimes asking for a login/password)
Both problems happened during the 15th of August (bank holiday in France) and just before the week end. That's why we didn't manage to react quickly enough. Sorry for the trouble.
Both problems should be solved now. I'm also dealing right at the moment with the related technical support cases but, as you might already know, most of the team is out of the office and I have to deal with all these issues at the same time. My beloved colleague Antoine will be back on Monday and we should be able to deal faster with the few cases still in the queue.
Here are some hints for the users who experienced one of these problems:
- if you manage to obtain your activation code for the free product of the "Buy one get one free" special offer, you can proceed the download of the file on our "download/update" page (

- if you encountered a crash before obtaining your activation code, please drop us an email using the technical support form (
http://www.arturia.com/evolution/kb/?View=entry&EntryID=85) indicating : your promotional code, your email address, and the free product you'd like. We'll send you all the required information to proceed the download asap.
I'd like to apologize once again for the problems you encountered. I'll keep an eye on these 2 servers in the days to come.
One last word: be sure that we'll be very careful that everybody who is eligible to the "buy one get one free" special offer (=bought his 1st product this month) will benefit from the offer even after the 31st of august.
