indeed.  Why not just put the updates in a temp no-restriction folder so that paying customers can download them?

non-paying customers cannot take advantage of an update to a full app, why hide it especially if the system does not work?

I also cannot download the update. I was able to get my activation code and license registered a couple of weeks ago but not able to get the install code yet. The link to the Prophet V is wrong and displays a trailing "/" but removing it doesn't help.
