Applying AI To Help Get Synth Sounds
« on: April 03, 2023, 03:56:03 pm »
I happened to see an advert for Synth GPT.

Even though it appears to be an April Fools joke, it still got me thinking.....

Arturia is so well suited to adopting AI to help users get sounds for cover songs, I would hope this is explored.

For example, if you could link to a recording of a song (Youtube Spotify) and direct the AI plug in (connected to the V Collection) to a particular sound (maybe give the time a starts and a description) and the AI app could then program the appropriate synth(s) in the V Collection to emulate that sound.

That would be very useful for us cover band/tribute band musicians.

Thanks for considering this.

Hello,

Synth GPT is an April fool. Don't you think so?

Yep, I think so.

But, my suggestion is still valid, I think.
