MkII "clicking noise" on many keys - "fix" doesn't last
« on: February 19, 2023, 11:07:22 pm »
My fairly new 88 MkII (purchased June 2022) has an ongoing problem with "clicking" noises mostly on the white keys but also on black ones as well. Opened a case with Arturia and this "solution" initially worked:
https://support.arturia.com/attachments/token/0sW7mLPohHciKZKWJCEw7u3G2/?name=KL88_-_How_to_unlock___lock_a_key.mp4

However, I'm now having to do this "fix" ALL THE TIME. If I play the keyboard for about an hour or so, I end up having to "reset" about 4-5 keys to get them to stay quiet (for a while).

Have requested a Warranty replacement and awaiting a reply. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hello, I'm having a similar issue with the Keylab61 MKII. Faders are causing a clicking sound and when viewed on midi monitor I also see random bursts of midi info, Note on, Pitch Wheel, Note off. Its actually triggering EZ Drummer in Ableton.
