Have you followed the guides to install and activate the product?
supposedly everything is registered at the Arturia Software Center
Does this mean you can see your product in ASC? If you use the correct login, then you should see the product.
How have you activated the product? Do you see the product is activated?
The message you mention probably tell you to log into ASC with your Arturia account login. ASC need to communicate with your website account where your software should be located under my products and confirmed to be owned by you.
So it look like you are not using the correct login. The fact you can't login to your website Arturia account that you at some point must have created also point towards that unless something have happened with your Arturia account. But then i wonder how you have logged into the right account in ASC, if that's the case.
Have you created two Arturia accounts/ logins in some way or another and forgot the correct one?
Have you purchased the product through Arturias website? In that case you should have informations about the e-mail you have used for your purchase and your Arturia account. Unless you have changed anything about that, then that should work. Otherwise it's very strange.
