Problems with applying aftertouch to modulate operators

Hi, I'm trying to use aftertouch from the MicroFreak to modulate operator level/freq on the dx7V-- can't seem to get it to work...does anyone have any ideas why this may be?

Hi,

According to Microfreaks manual the keyboard can be set to either Velocity or Aftertouch. So if you set it to the correct mode, then i assume it will work. I don't have a Microfreak.
I suggest your read about Aftertouch in the Microfreak manual.
