KEYSTEP with Reason Studios sync

Hey, I've an issue here with my Keystep.

I want to sync my Keystep on the track's clock I'm working on Reason11 , eg 160BPM.

I'm also using a MPD226 which is already synced with my track ( I can use Note Repeat function perfectly).

No matter how I switch the rear panel or whatever, I can't even use Arp or Seq function on my Keystep anyway.
I can play on Keystep's keyboard like a standard controller, and can also use transport buttons to REC STOP/PLAY on Reason (weird?)

I'm looking for a solution, found some videos, some tips on forums, no way, nothing works for me.
Firmware is up to date.

Any idea?

Managed to solve this. Hope this helps you as well. I'm on Mac, so you will have to translate this information if you are on a PC. Instruction is attached as an image.
