KeyLab MKII 49 freezing in Pigments 3

Hi,

I've been using my KeyLab for few months now and never had problems with Analog Labs, Vital, Carbon Electra, Imperfect, etc.

When I installed Pigments 3 and starting playing with it, I noticed that every now and then the MKII freezes. Most often it seems when I'm twiddling knobs or using the modwheel or pedals. The only way to get it back is to turn off and on and go back to the midi settings in Pigments 3 and deselect and reselect the MKII.

Has this happened to anyone else? I tried to switch the cable and plug directly into my computer rather than through the USB Hub but still the same happens.

I'm using Surface Book 3 with Windows 10 (19042.928).

I use a KeyLab Mk2 with Pigments 3, no issues.

Any weird behaviour I’ve experienced has been cured by a factory reset of the controller.
