Latest Updates do not work with Generic Midi Controller!
« on: December 13, 2020, 06:53:38 pm »
After installing the latest versions of V7 Collection, it no longer seems possible to assign controllers to physical controllers on Generic Midi Controllers (I use a Nektar P1).

The new system appears to only allow controllers on Arturia keyboards/controllers to be selected.

It is possible to select 'Generic Midi Controller' but I can find no 'learn' function that enables any controller to be assigned to any physical controller on the P1.

The user manuals are no use whatsoever as they have not been updated with the new features!

I must surely be missing something?  ???

How can I use my Nektar P1 with the new versions of V7 Collection?

Windows-11, 64gb ram, Nuendo 11.0.41, V7 Collection, Pigments, OB-Xa, CS-80 V4.

I've worked it out myself.

Up-to-date user manuals would be helpful Arturia.
