Installing onto new machine

Can someone help as I'm pulling my hair out over this.
I own a Arturia Keylab61 and trying to download the drivers etc .
I'm getting an error message everytime I open the Analog Lab set up.
File(s) 'vendor.cer' not found in C:\Program Files\Arturia\USBMididriver
Any ideas?

Which version of Keylab do you use? You have posted in the Keylab Essential forum, but that has'nt any driver to be downloaded, so what driver is it youtry to download?
Have you installed Arturias Midi Control Center?

Which Analog Lab version do you have?

Are you on Windows or MAC?

Sorry. I couldn't see a Keylab61 forum
I'm using Windows 10 and have managed to install midi control centre.
Anything else I've tried to open ie Analog Lab and Arturia Software Centre I get the same error message.
I've looked on google and can find no solution.
For the record I have installed onto an older machine with no issues

Which driver are you trying to download from where? Are you sure you have had to install a seperate driver?

Did you get an option to install any drivers, when you installed Midi Control Center or when you try to connect your controller with it? If not then perhaps try to uninstall and reinstall Midi Control Center.

Analog Lab, ASC and MCC does'nt need a driver to run.

It's the Analog Lab I'm having issues with. The program with a fair few vsts.  I download it. No problem. Try and install it and get the above error

Do you have the folder in the error message, and if so - how did you get it?

And what about ASC? You also forgot to answer my question about that, just like you did'nt answer my question about the folder. It look like you don't wan't to get help.

To me this could just as well be trolling.

How on earth am I trolling ? I mentioned the folder in question at the start of the subject.
As for ASC i had to look up what you meant.
Now I know. That too comes up with the same error

All i can tell you is I bought this Keylab61 about 2 years ago but hardly touched it. All programs were installed onto a previous PC that was a bit of a Dog. Everything worked. Everything installed
Today i built a brand new machine and im trying to install everything that Keylab61 requires be it Arturia Software Center, Analog Lab and Midi Control Center. The latter installs but the former two will not.
When i attempt both it i get this error

Yes you mentioned the folder in the error message. But i asked if you have the folder, and if you have it, then how you got it.

As i said, then the software does'nt need any drivers. So it does'nt make sense you get that message when you install software.
I can suggest you try to uninstall and reinstall Midi Control Center (MCC). And if it ask to install any driver, then say yes. I can't tell if this will help, but i think it's worth a try.

You could have issues with your PC - perhaps after a program install. And then i would try a Windows disc cleaning and a file repair scan, to see if that helped.

I can't tell if there somehow have come an issue with the installers, but i have installed without issues. It's not a common issue. If there is a problem with the installers, then i can't help. Then you need to contact Arturia support through your account.

I did'nt mean drivers. My error of description. I meant the apps
I downloaded all three no issue. The issue was installing.
I put them onto desktop...see pic below and clicked to open. Each one have that error message. As i said the setup downloaded but refused to open

BUT I do have them both installed now. I had a try with older versions for Windows 7. And it worked!!
Which i don't understand as this is a new Windows 10 machine.

Anyway. Apologies if i appeared to give you the runaround and thank you for your input

Actually my Arturia version (ASC) is version 2.0.4.1198, so it's an older version on the download page. But the Analog Lab version is the latest.
I doubt the wrong ASC version should be a problem, but i can't tell for certain.

I know you you don't mean drivers. But the error message is about a driver folder, and that's what i mention it, and suggest what i do.
