What i think is, that you perhaps have got a controller that have been returned to Amazon, but have been registrated before. As you have bougth it on Amazon, then i would believe you should contact Amazon.
It can be a Arturia website issue.
Arturia support may be able to help you in any case.
I can imagine, that support is on, or would give the messages they are not. But they have closed in weekends i believe. It's monday so perhaps you hear from them today or tomorrow.
I hope you get it solved soon.
