Has V Collection been abandoned?

Lots of unresolved issues with the v collection, including modular v, yet we haven't had any bugfix updates in months. What gives?

Is there a changelog that details any coding /programming changes to the synths? I'd like to know of specific improvements to the instruments aside from new sounds.
