I will say this, the technical support Arturia provided was fantastic. Very responsive. While I was definitely steamed at not being able to get my project out the door, Vincent and Cedric kept working to solve the problem.
Cedric asked follow-up questions and tested the scenarios I was describing. A day didn't go by that I didn't get feedback and good suggestions.
Cedric also suggested that I use the demo version until we solved the basic technical problem. Compared with the customer service response we've received from Yamaha on products like their WX5 wind controller, Arturia's performance was stellar. I didn't have high hopes at first. In 2003 and 2004 we did not get very much support for the Mg Mod v which we had difficulties using with Digital Performer.
After the way this whole thing started I'm going to say that you have won my loyalty and a get out of jail free card for next time. I won't give you such a hard time.
