Thanks but that is exactly what I did. As a matter of fact, I have 2 "Open Cases" that have never been resolved/answered.
You asked me if I still needed support and I replied yes, yet I haven't heard back from you or anyone else for that matter from Arturia. Why ask if your not going to help?
