Yes i think that you can create something like the first sound with a substractive synthesis by using noise as a sound source, a LFO to modulate the filter, and
then just adjust the resonance and the cutoff. I think you shall set a quite high resonance. Small changes can make a big difference.
Try it on different synths. They will not sound excactly the same, so one may come closer than another.
Perhaps even better result require a little more, but i think most people wont hear any difference in the heat. if there even will be a difference.
The third sound can be a sample if i understand your example correct. Also i think it might use something like a flanger, chorus or other effect with settings to create the metallic element.
Perhaps try to use the vintage 80s samplers like the CMI or the Emulator. Can't tell if you can find a factory sample in there, that can be used. But you can also use own samples.
You have posted the first sound for the second, so you have only posted two sounds.
