my serial number dos not exist

I’m trying to download the uvi grand piano. when a get to product registration in the uvi web it says my serial number dos not exist...what should i do? I just use the serial number of arturia products.
please help me

I believe, you should have a separate seriel for the UVI product. Have you read your Arturia documentation and looked on your Arturia account?
