Registration Problem!

Hello everyone!
I just bought Storm and registered it online when I activated it, I recieved a email from Arturia with me user name and password so that I can download the updates but they don't work. Has anyone else had this happen?
I emailed support. Does Arturia have quick respones times?

I've been having pretty much the same problem: can't connect to Arturia's Storm Hall, despite having a working username, registration, and password.

On the other hand, I have a reasonably good guess what the problem is: AirPort hubs act as firewalls. If you don't have a port open both to communicate out (which is standard) and in (which is usually closed off), Stuff Breaks.

I get through to the website OK, it just doesn't recognize my ID or Password. When I click on "forgot password" it says that the server can't find my email, the very same email that it sent me my ID and Passord with! very strange.
