Hi, I’m after some advice please. I have been advised by Arturia support to carry out a factory reset. ie: hold octave +/- simultaneously whilst turning controller on then confirming LCD prompt to reset with the central controller nob. Nothing happens, no prompt. Have tried this numerous times.
It is a new controller which had an LCD contrast issue out of the box which it was felt a factory reset ‘may’ help with. It has the latest firmware which flashed seamlessly last night but I still cannot factory reset the unit. The firmware update did not correct display issue either.
Help please. I’m concerned I may have an expensive paperweight as never used and it’s now out of warranty due to health issues and delays with studio build. Thanks
