Loading vst Analog Lab
« on: December 12, 2019, 07:25:20 am »
Hello. I have a question. Can I download VST files downloaded from the Internet into Analog Lab ?? I tried to copy these files to a folder with dll files but unfortunately Analog Lab doesn't load these files for me. Thanks for help.

Hi,

Analog Lab is'nt a host for third party plugins as it is now. It's for Arturias software instruments - at the moment V-Collection and Pigments.
Analog Lab can be used in hosts.

FYI: This forum is for a legacy Analog Lab. There is a forum for the current version.

No Analog Lab is also a VST plugin that you can use in a DAW. You can download and use Analog Lab preset files in Analog Lab no matter who have made them, but Analog Lab is'nt a host for other vendors plugins and you can't use presets made for other plugins than Analog Lab in Analog Lab.

I took the OP meant loading other VST plugins into Analog Lab as DLL files that's plugin files was mentioned.
