transmit midi messages on pattern/project/scene change

optional device settings in the midi control centre where you can configure what messages (program/bank/song changes or cc's) are transmitted when you perform pattern, project and scene changes.

this will be useful to keep my ableton scenes automatically in sync with my beatstep pro scenes but could be configured for all sorts of uses. for example linking a specific beatstep pattern to a specific hardware synth patch.

This is feature I need as well. Sending message on scene and project would be so useful to load different synths or entire daw project.
