Controller disconnecting when idle for a few minutes

I am having a problem with my Arturia Keylab 61 Essential controller.

Sometimes when I'm playing and I stop playing and leave him for about 10 minutes without playing, when I play again he doesn't answer anymore. I open the MIDI Control Center and am notified that the controller is unplugged, it is plugged in and all lights are on. When this happens, the controller can no longer send any signals to Mainstage, Ableton or any other software. I touch the keys and buttons and nothing works.

I am currently using a 2017 MacBook Air.

I've already tried:
- Change USB port;
- Change cables;
- Change DAW;
- Update the firmware; (My current Firmware version is 1.1.2)
- Plug into another Dell notebook, Acer ...;
- Disable Vegas Mode;
- Reset the controller.

I don't know what I do anymore !!! 
I also have Arturia Minilab 2 V2 and with it does not happen this problem.

I play a worship team in my church. And several times this has happened to me. Not every time, but this problem happens sometimes.

But are your computers USB ports set to not shut down to save power?

To me it sounds like it could be about some power saving setings on your computer.

Are the conditions the same, when you use your minilab 2 without issues?

My ports are already configured not to be turned off. This does not happen with minilab 2. This problem only occurs with KeyLab61. I've tested it on other computers, but the problem happens on all.

If it also happens when you use the external PSU for power - if that's a possibility when you use USB connection, then i suggest you contact Arturia support through your account.
