Clavinet like organs and pianos have no natural pitchbend. I'm actually surprised that the pitchbend do bend the pitch in Clavinet V. But you can't change the range for it.
I can add, that you need the individual full applications to change pitchbend range for sounds from an application that do have settings for pitchbend.
If you only have Analog Lab, then you can only switch pitchbend on/ off in the midi section.
