Weird CC knob behaviour in Ableton Live 10

I cannot find a fix for this, after searching the archives:
My BSP knobs behave weirdly in Control mode why set to CC. A mapped Ableton knob will
almost
only go to 0% OR 100%, with some jittery hesitation in the 0-10% range.
The same knob is perfectly fine when mapped in MCU mode.
This has been reported in 2015:
https://forum.arturia.com/index.php?topic=85750.msg125114#msg125114
and 2016:
https://forum.arturia.com/index.php?topic=89623.0#msg136831
Any way to fix this issue?

A Facebook group user helped me out.
Now I can use the knobs in absolute mode.
But it's still jittery in relative modes 1-3.
Anyway to make these encoders work in relative mode when set in CC mode?
