Switch Gate/Trig not working

Instrument Arturia MiniBrute 2 after switching on the diode in Gate position is glowing constantly and sound is coming out even without pressing any key on the keyboard. I have seen it as a abnormal situation whether I am doing something wrong and everything is perfectly normal or my keyboard is broken and I should send it back to the shop?

Unfortunately, only the power or loudspeaker is connected. What do you think about it? In my opinion, there is a short circuit or bad assembly because after connecting the power supply, the gate / trig switch diode shines constantly. In the movies on YouTube I saw that the diode pulses after pressing a key and goes off when I do not touch the keyboard. For me it lights up all the time after turning on the power and selecting the generator with a slide potentiometer. What do you think about this?

Wild guess but I am pretty sure your AD envelope is looping
Try to set the switches to : Gate/Once.

If it set to Trig/Loop then it will loop constantly, regardless of a key press.

Useful for making drones when using longer attack / decay times, but can be confusing !

Let us know if the problem was elsewhere
