The problem in FX section, exactly in most bottom fx cell (see picture). Any effect which load in this section have wrong displaying position of knobs. For example - dry\wet always at minimum by default, but we still hear processing. And if touch that knob by mouse then we begin to hear his actually value.
I remember once already was the same problem with fx knobs displaying in JupiterV, but then was fixed, so it seems it's back again.
