Help with MCC

Hi
Could some nice person do an idiots guide video of how to back up and restore your project using the MCC
I thought i knew, but after i did the latest firmwear update, I lost all my old sequences

I know some people find it easy, but i just cant get my head around it
the only thing i think iv learnt is that now you must back up each project separately
as there is no longer a sync option.

So i would like a video showing me how to back up and restore  project to the MCC
and as a failsafe also back up and restore to my pc
