Spark Creative Drum MAchine...Connection Failed

No matter what I try....

I have a new Mac...use Ableton live...
Spark 2 software works great...I can hear it do everything on screen...

I connect my Spark Machine to it, and no matter what I try, connection failed...

I looked through posts and didn't see a good answer...

I have tried multiple USB ports...ive tried every combination of setup in live..

it does see the controller when its plugged in..but the connection fails every time...I can use Spark 2 fine but it takes the fun out of it for sure

Hi, Is the firmware up to date . also try deleting the spark midi driver in utilities /Audiomidi setup.and reconnecting the CDM.
Let me know if it works for you.
