"Velocity"
« on: December 19, 2017, 01:40:33 am »
It annoys me that seemingly not even one Creator of a B3-Emulation found out that the original Instruments have a Kind of Velocity Dynamic. If you press a Key of an original Hammond slower or faster it has a (little but very well audible) Effect on Overtones and "Click" of the Sound (but not on the Amplitude). Why is there no Plug-In on the Market that is able to emulate that? If it is not there it takes off some of the "Livelyness" of an original Hammond.

+1 for this feature.
I think it's called "TOUCH RESPONSE PERCUSSION". But is'nt this feature originally the one that's emulated, where percussion only sound when playing non legato?

Accidently found this video that show the "velocity" contact behavior. It's at 2:00 and forward:

It's a video about the new B3 but as stated in the video, then it's a original B3 behavior.
