BSP only recording C_2 note from external MIDI keyboard

Hi all,

I'm having issues with the BSP recording a single midi note (C_2) for any note that I play from an external keyboard into the BSP on Sequencer 2 via MIDI channel 2. I'm able to record on Sequencer 1 just fine using MIDI channel 1, but when I switch to Seq2 and try to record the notes show up, but they register as C_2 on the display and I hear nothing. Any clues as to what might be happening?

Hi billjv,
Are you set in "user scale" mode on sequencer 2?
What about your transpose value on sequencer 2?

Hello, billjv,

I believe I experience this problem when the MIDI input channel for a sequencer is the same as the MIDI output channel for that sequencer; if I recall correctly, when attempting to record, everything is recorded as a C note.
