Finally got a response, and I was right. They will not be extending the offer to loyal existing customers with the free sound banks. So basically those of us who paid full price are out of luck, and will have to pay even more for something that people who paid half-price receive for free.
This makes absolutely no sense Arturia. Why would you not reward your existing customers?
