Kemper Profiler Stereo Input Help
« on: December 07, 2017, 04:01:21 pm »
What would be the best way to use a Kemper Profiler? I want to connect stereo monitors. I want to be able to play and record in stereo. Do I have to use the 2 inputs in the front or can I use 2 in the back leaving the front available for a bass and mic?

Hi,

Connect the output of your Kemper Profiler to the input 3/4 on the back of the AudioFuse (since there is already preamps on the Kemper, there is no need to go thru input 1/2 of the AudioFuse). And that way you can keep Input 1/2 free fir your bass and your mic.
Connect your monitors to the Speaker A L/R output.

Regards,

Matthieu

Thanks Matt! Would the SPDIF be a better way to input the Kemper into the Audiofuse?

Both option are fine, but if you want to take advantage of the AudioFuse's AD Converter, just use the Input 3/4.
However if you have other analog devices that you want to connect to the AudioFuse, you could indeed use the SPDIF Input for the Kempler.
