Prophet v3.3.1.0.205 Installer failing in Software Centre

Anyone else seeing a problem with the installer failing to close things and generally being a PITA.

I had to run the installer standalone and with raised privileges for it to run successfully.

I use Windows 10.

I can confirm there are ASC different install issues with todays updates for Prophet, SEM and Wurli.

I can't tell if the install is okay or not, but there are things going on that should'nt be.

Same here.  Now my Arturia Software Center won't connect to the server, I just get a blank white box.  What's going on???

Thanks for the confirmation good peeps.

I ran mine standalone win raised privileges and they installed fine.

Though they also installed a new version of the Software centre.  which whilst it looks like the old one it does not work like the old one.

Uncool Arturia sometimes one should only fix something when it is broke.

Perhaps thats why there are complications.
Usually ASC updates first.

Aside from the abysmal download speeds, Prophet V3 3.1.0.205 installed from ASC just fine on my iMac (10.12.5). No problems.

Exactly so why did it not do so on two systems?

Hi Guys.

Are you still facing some issues ?

Can you please confirm that your ASC has been updated before to start the downloads ? The ASC must be on the version 1.4.0.108. (Can be checked on the bottom right corner)

Basically it should be automatically updated on launch.

Hi Edouard yesterday when I went to update the Wurli, Prophet and SEM to the .205 versions the ASC did not auto update.  However today it did.

Do not like that the installer kicks off immediately after the download has finished, I like to do all the downloads then run the installers afterwards.

Hey Wookie.

The ASC has been improved and a new update process has been put in place to reduce the number operations the users have to do when updating.

This is supposed to be more user friendly. 

Anyway glad that the issue is now sorted.

Yesterday ASC did'nt update first. Today it did.

It's great there are permanent release notes in ASC now.
It's also great it's optional to download and install one update at a time or all updates at th same time.

I also would like the option to first download and then install. But it's also nice all installs can be done by only one click. That is if the connection and download or install don't fail. Today "install all" procedure failed for me on two PC's - one desktop using a LAN and one laptop using WLAN with fast connection speeds on both.
The download speed from Arturia can be very very slow. Way to slow on my laptop. Can't be right it shall take a full day.
I was even logged out of ASC for some reason on my laptop, and needed to login again.
And it shut down my laptops Avast internet security antivirus and firewall it looks like. That's not good.

I noted when I first tried the date to Prophet that Avast was flagging the installer as suspicious.
