The "Heur." mean "heuristic" which in this context meanz it looks like a virus, not is a virus that is known. That there are much better virus scanners out there than Norton. It's well known for "false positives", when an antivirus scan presents files that it has ID'ed as viruses but are not. Kaspersky is who I use, with no issues of false positives. They have free virus scan and virus removal programs for PC (just do an internet search for "free kaspersky virus scan).
