Spakle controller doesn't reflect the Spark 2 software correctly.

Hello,
I  have been using Sparkle for a month and had no issues till yesterday. So yesterday I noticed kind of weird behavior of the controller, for example when a pattern is playing some of the instrument pads are blinking according to the sequencer, but some are lit constantly. Or sequencer pads of the controller sometimes show steps that I don't hear and don't see in the software. Even more, I press record button, record starts but the button is not lit sometimes. Or both sequencer and pattern buttons are lit the same time. I have the same issues in standalone and vst mode, so think it doesn't depend on my daw. Suppose the Spark 2 software for some reason does not transmit signals to the controller correctly. Want to mention again that the glitches are not permanent, happen from time to time but pretty often.
Any ideas?

Thank you, I will, but I doubt this is the issue because have the same in standalone mode

Have you installed all the latest firmware for sparkle and spark software.

Yep, I've bought it just one month ago, installed the latest firmware for sparkle and downloaded the latest version of spark2

What system/setup are you using?

Windows 10 64, Live 9.5.

Just checked on my mac and live and all is fine . so do you have the pads midi number the same as playback  . do you record patterns into live or just make them up in live.

I didn't change pad numbers, it should be standard. I do not record midi from spark2 into live, everything is triggered from spark2 internal sequencer. Again, I don't think the issue I'm facing has any connection to the DAW cause it is the same in standalone mode.

the only thing i can say is try a different usb port maybe . if the pads are staying lit /or stuck it maybe a midi note off problem  so there could be an issue with your comp talking to the spark driver /hardware.

Thank you for your help, I was also thinking to try to reinstall driver. Changing of the usb port could also help, will try this tonight.
