My keystep wont sync or update in the midi control center, it also wont appear in Ableton but it starts up and appears to work on it own.
When it connected to the midi control center it says that it is connected but not synced. When you try to sync it it says it failed to open and may be in use by another process but here is nothing else running including ableton. In Ableton it appears orange indicating that windows cant communicate with it.
I have the latest version of midi control center and have tried on different USB ports
Any ideas as to why this is happening and how to fix it please
