User Knob Acceleration not working

Hi guys,

Just got myself a beatstep pro and I can't seem to increase the acceleration of my knobs. It increases by one value, even though I have set though I've set the User Knob Acceleration to "fast" in the device settings. I've tried changes the settings of a specific knob, and although I can change the min and max range, it still doesn't change the acceleration.

Sounds familiar to anyone?

Hi guys,

I just took the beatstep pro off the shelf again, hoping there would be a firmware update solving the above issue. No luck, though. Can anyone tell me if this is a common problem? The "user knob acceleration" does absolutely nothing for me. It always jumps 1 midi value on 1 "tick" of the knob.
